Cadento, LLC ("Cadento," "we," "us") provides software that helps you draft and send sales outreach from your own email account, using data from CRM systems you connect. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide: your name, work email, company, and login credentials.
- CRM data you connect: when you link a CRM (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or bevri), we access the contacts and account details needed to enrich your list and draft outreach (names, business contact info, and account context like open opportunities and activity).
- Message content: the outreach you draft, review, and send through Cadento, and your email signature.
- Usage data: basic logs and analytics about how the service is used, for reliability and security.
How we use information
- To provide the service: enrich your contacts, draft outreach, send it from your connected account, and log activity back to your CRM.
- To support you and improve product reliability, quality, and security.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data and Limited Use
Cadento connects to your Google account, with your permission, only to send email on your behalf using the gmail.send permission. We use this access solely to deliver the sales outreach emails you review and approve inside Cadento, sent from your own account. We do not read, store, or scan the contents of your inbox.
Cadento's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide or improve Cadento's sending feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
You can disconnect Cadento's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from within Cadento.
Google user data and artificial intelligence
Cadento uses an AI model to draft outreach, but that drafting works exclusively from the CRM records and writing samples you provide to Cadento. Google user data is never used as input to any AI or machine learning model. Because Cadento holds only the gmail.send permission, it has no access to your inbox, messages, contacts, or any other Google content, so no Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived, is transferred to any AI provider, and none is used to create, train, or improve any AI or machine learning model, ours or anyone else's.
Artificial intelligence
Cadento drafts outreach using Anthropic's Claude models through Anthropic's commercial API. The inputs to drafting are the contact records, account context, and voice or writing samples you supply inside Cadento; the output is a draft that you review and approve before it is sent. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, content submitted through the API is not used to train Anthropic's models. Cadento connects to Anthropic's API directly, without AI aggregators, gateways, or model hubs, and does not use your data, or anyone's Google user data, to train any model of our own.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Cadento, and only as needed to provide the service, for example our integration provider for CRM connections, our AI provider for drafting, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers are bound to protect your data. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it, except where we must retain it to comply with law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Your choices
- Disconnect any connected CRM or your Google/email account at any time.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
Cadento is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new effective date here and, where appropriate, notify you.
